King Millenium is anchored in West Sumatra in Padang city.
Boats sail from Padang by night and arrive in the islands at the peep of day so you can spend the next 11 days surfing different spots. The come back is the last day at night so you don’t waste your surf time. Bring your everyday short board, a longer board in the 6’6 – 6’8 range and a semi gun as long as 7’6. Order strong glassing as nothing is worse than seeing perfect waves with your favourite board snapped!
When the boat trip finish you will have lots of good memories and incredible sessions to remember!
ACCOMMODATION
THE BOAT
King Millenium has all the facilities, comfort and safety needed to enjoy your trip the Mentawai. The boat has been designed by surfers to be as comfortable as possible during your surftrip. Your only concern will be surfing, eating and sleeping.
Size:: 60 feet long and 20 foot wide
Engine: turbo diesel Nissan with 360 horsepower that reaches the speed of 10 knots!
Power: is supplied by 2 Isuzu generators of 20 kw each.
ROOMS: 10 guests comfortably sit in the boat, 4 crew members take care of the operations. The rooms fit 4 and 2 persons in spacious bunks and are equipped with AC.
Common area: The living room is large and comfortable and is equipped with TV, DVD, stereo CD and mini bar. There is also another room where we make all the photo and video editing . There is a large veranda on the roof of the vessel from where you have the best views on the waves. The communication and safety are assured by a VHS radio and a GPS, depth sounder, and all the required safety elements. The boat is permanently in contact with land, enabling the crew to have information about swell conditions and forecasts. The boat has basic fishing and snorkeling gear, and a 20 horsepower dingy for access to the surf and islands. Video and photo editing facilities are available.
The crew: is formed by 2 European and one Japanese guide, and a Indonesian captain with many years of experience in the Mentawai islands. There is also a mechanic, a cook and 2 more Indonesian crew members.

Boat Trip cost 1.500€ a person, includes:
